This drawing is based on the colours and shapes that I have observed in a reserve at Port Macquarie

After working with coloured pencils for over 30 years, my art has become my ‘response’ to the Australian landscape, not ‘about’ it. My work has become more stylized, even abstract on occasions. I like to challenge myself when and where possible because I have faith in the potential of my preferred medium.
