When you join CPCAU or submit entries to our exhibitions we collect your name, address, phone number, email address, and other information as required by the associated form at the time.
We keep no financial information about you.
How we use your information
We use the data you provide strictly for administration and processing purposes including the following services:
tracking membership and signature status
keeping record of artwork displayed in CPCAU exhibitions
emailing the CPCAU Newsletter Pencil It In to members
sending email communications about important announcements
The only personal data displayed on the CPCAU website might be your name, state or country, and the URL of your personal website (if you submit one). No other personal data ever appears on the CPCAU website.
Data from exhibitions are used solely for the purpose of administration purposes, including but not limited to: jurying and judging of artwork, communications about the exhibition.
How long we retain your data
CPCAU keeps and updates your data for as long as you remain a member. Within six months of a lapse in membership, we will cease actively processing your data and remove you from the membership list.
For artwork submitted to our exhibitions, your name and state or country are retained to give credit to artwork displayed on the CPCAU website. Data about accepted artwork are saved as long as you remain a member of CPCAU.
How we store and protect your data
Database: CPCAU maintains a database of information about members and other artists who may participate in CPCAU events.
Your rights over your data
